ORDERS PLACED FOR SHIPMENT. All baked goods ship from our fresh-frozen inventory. Each batch is baked on the Friday before shipment and packed in our SO-FRESH bags to help extend shelf life. You can re-freeze the bread upon receipt. Orders ship every Tuesday, unless otherwise announced in our newsletter. For any specialty shipping requests or questions, please email customerservice@havenlybaked.com.

ORDERS PLACED FOR PICKUP
FRESH-FROZEN: You can pick up any of our fresh-frozen products at the bakery, from Monday through Thursday, between 8 AM and 4 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We can also arrange for after-hour pickup!
FRESH-BAKED: Please place your bread order at least one day in advance of your pickup date to ensure that it is included in our bread production. Take a look at our baking schedule here. Please note that our bread production schedule changes weekly. Choose your fresh-bake breads and proceed to check out. Select your pickup day. When your order is ready, we’ll send you a fulfillment notification so you can head over to the bakery.
