For those who love our Hävenly Morning Oat Buns and Hävenly Morning Oat Raisins Buns - we now have the perfect bread mix for you to bake in the comfort of your home. Our bread mixes are great to have handy as a gift! If you haven’t yet tried them, be prepared to fall in love. This recipe is based on a traditional Swedish “havrebullar” oat bun recipe and the right way to start your day. Nutrient dense and delicious, and oh so easy to bake yourself. You can mix all ingredients by hand within a few minutes (or use an electric mixer), add some raisins if desired, and you are all set. You don’t even have to knead the dough! Follow our simple instructions and your home will be filled with the aroma of newly baked bread. Each bag makes lots of Hävenly Oat bread: 2 boules (1 lbs each) or 9 buns. If this seems like a lot of bread, don’t worry; you can easily freeze it.

We take pride in grinding the certified gluten-free oats into oat flour ourselves. Enjoy these simple ingredients: certified gluten-free organic oat flour, gluten-free organic buckwheat flour, organic psyllium husk, organic coconut sugar, yeast, salt and Swedish bread spice mix. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan!

SHIPPING/PICK-UP: You can pick up your order at our bakery on 2940 Wilderness Place, Suite A-1, Boulder, CO 80301 or have it shipped to you. We offer discount shipping at $6 per order, and free shipping for orders over $50 using FREESHIPPING at checkout. Orders placed by Sunday will ship by Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after the Sunday deadline will ship the following week (by Wednesday of the next week).

SUSTAINABILITY: In a sustainability effort we are providing our products in compostable paper bags (please remove tin-tie and labels).
