We are with you Los Angeles
Not long ago our own Colorado community was hit by the Marshall fires. Still, the horrors and devastation caused by the LA wildfires are hard to comprehend. We are on the phone with family and friends praying that they don't have to evacuate and stay safe. Our hearts and prayers go out to them and to the entire LA community and the surrounding area.
We believe every donation makes a difference and, therefore, donate all proceeds from today and tomorrow's sales to Baby2Baby.. This top-ranked non-profit has its headquarters in LA and helps children living in poverty across the country with basic necessities. Baby2Baby has already distributed over 3 million emergency supplies for the most vulnerable children and families who have lost everything in the Los Angeles fires, including diapers, food, formula, water, clothing, blankets, and hygiene products, and we are committed to continuing this work for the weeks and months to come. They need our help!
Place your Hävenly order for pick-up Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m! All proceeds from orders placed today and tomorrow will be donated to Baby2Baby.
You can also donate directly to Baby2Baby here.
With love,
Your Hävenly team

Hävenly now available in Estes Park - proud to partner with Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company!
Andi Rose, the owner of Rocky Mountain Olive Oil, reached out before one of the gluten-free farmers markets and asked if we wanted to partner. And we said yes! Our Hävenly Rustic Bread is the perfect match for their fantastic olive oil, and we were delighted that they used it to sample their various olive oils. This was such a successful collaboration that we brainstormed other ways to partner. We are delighted to inform you that you can now buy our Hävenly Baked Goods at their sweet store in Estes Park! You find them right on the main street downtown Estes Park, at 215 W. Elkhorn Ave.
Inspired by quality raw materials and a dedication to making cooking and baking experiences premium, Rocky Mountain Olive Oil is produced from the freshest sources. All of their oils and vinegar are certified non-GMO and free from preservatives, artificial color, gluten, and added sugars. The business was first founded in 2011 and is dedicated to sourcing from small-batch oil and vinegar producers in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, making them a tasty addition to any culinary adventure.

🇸🇪🎅 SWEDISH PALEO "Pepparkakor" RECIPE 🎅🇸🇪
You'd never believe these are gluten-free! So good! Give them a try.
Ingredients
170 g coconut sugar (or sugar of your choice)
50 g agave syrup
75 g butter or coconut oil
2 tsp ground cardamom
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp psyllium husk
45 g almond flour
90 g buckwheat flour
135 g oat flour
1 egg (or egg substitute)
+ Almond slivers for decoration (optional)
(extra buckwheat or rice flour for baking)
Baking Instructions
1. Mix sugar and agave syrup in a small saucepan or smaller pot. Bring to a boil while stirring at medium heat. Add the butter/coconut oil and let it melt. Add the spices and remove pot from heat. Let it cool down until lukewarm.
2. Mix all remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Add the lukewarm sugar-mix in the dry ingredient bowl. We like to use a food processor or a hand mixer for a few minutes. Scrape down the sides or bottom of bowl if needed.
4. Add the egg and finish mixing.
5. Add some more buckwheat flour if needed to get a pretty firm dough.
5. Place the dough in a container and let it stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Even better to let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
6. Roll out smaller portions of the dough at a time with a rolling pin. We like to have plenty of buckwheat or rice flour on our baking table and rolling pin. If the dough is difficult to work with try adding some more flour. Roll it out as thinly as you can (1/8'' or about 2-3 millimeters). Cut out your cookies and place on a baking paper on a baking sheet (smaller cookie cutter shapes are easier to work with).
TIP: We recommend keeping the dough in the refrigerator and taking out smaller portions at a time. Put the glass upside down and press for a round cookie. The dough will stick to the glass and then it's super easy to move it to the baking paper. Once cookies are on your baking sheet paper you can decorate the cookies by pressing in almond slivers.
7. Bake 6-9 minutes at 340F. Keep an eye on your cookies as they burn easily!
8. Let them cool.
Enjoy!
What a festive weekend:

Ooops.. more Boulder Farmers Markets! November 19 and 23!
Help us celebrate the last Boulder Farmers Markets for this season! Saturday 11/16 and Saturday 11/23
Oops, in the newsletter, sent earlier today; we accidentally wrote that this is the last farmers' market. It isn't! We have two left.
When our daughter Naomi was about two years old, we sometimes would tell her, "ok, men det här är sista" (Ok, but this is the last). If it was something she really liked she would smile and say in Swedish "mera sista", which translates to "more last". So this is how I feel about the "last" farmers market! Let's have more of the last one . We welcome you this Saturday, November 16, and November 23!
Love Buns with Avocado Oil Launch Offer!
As some of you might know, we specialty bake Love Buns with Avocado Oil for Wild Pasture and Just Be Kitchen. Some customers asked if we could sell these products at our bakery, and we listened! We are happy to announce that you can now order your Love Avo Buns here. As a launch offer, please use this promo code (valid if you buy at least 2 bags of the Love Avo Oil) for $2 off LOVEAVO2.
Help us celebrate the last Boulder Farmers Market for this season! Saturday 11/16
We can't believe that we are approaching the last Boulder farmers market for 2024. Time flies. We'd like to extend heartfelt gratitude to all our customers who show up rain or shine, to Calen, our farmers market guru, and to the entire BCFM staff for making it happen! We look forward to seeing you all this Saturday, 11/16, 10 am - 2 pm!
You can still order your Thanksgiving Stuffing Mix!
Gluten-free, vegan, delicious, and a snap to prepare! We have done it the old-fashioned way from scratch: baked the bread, cut it into croutons size pieces, roasted it, and added delicious spices and herbs. All you need to do is follow the easy recipe on the back of the package and add onion, celery, green apple, parsley, some white wine, and broth (each package serves 8). We ship the Stuffing Mixes. Please place your order by November 18 to allow for sufficient time to reach you before Thanksgiving.
Don't forget to try our Raisin Cinnamon Bread and Oat Sandwich Loaf!
A few weeks ago, we did a soft launch of our Raisin Cinnamon Bread (we are still working on the shape). Our farmers market guests loved this product so we are now offering it at our bakery as well, along with our new Oat Sandwich Loaf.

Love Halloween, but what to do with all the candy wrappers?
Bring the candy wrappers to Nude Foods for recycling!
I simply love going with the kids to trick-or-treat. Their excitement when they get dressed up and then to see them run off from one decorated house to the other is contagious. Just love it! Well ... minus the pesky candy wrappers. So much waste. We are, therefore, delighted to spread the word about Nude Foods. They have have partnered with Ridwell to make sure your candy wrappers get properly recycled. Stop by their Boulder or Denver stores Nov 1-10 and drop off your candy wrappers!
