Gluten Free Takeover at Stanley Marketplace this Saturday! 
A celiac customer who was visiting from Alaska stopped by the bakery today, and I told him about the Gluten Free Takeover happening this Saturday, March 8, from 10 am - 1 pm. As we were speaking he paused, looked at me, and said "you must really not like malls, because you mentioned it twice, but clearly you like Stanley Marketplace". And it's true... I didn't grow up with malls, and I don't particularly like them. BUT Stanley Marketplace is different. You can feel the history in every part of this amazing building. It's fun to be in. It's great to visit!  

The History of Stanley Aviation

Stanley Aviation opened as a 75,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in 1954, and expanded to 140,000 sq. ft. within a few years. The plant soon became the largest employer in Aurora. Visit Stanley Marketplace and see how they honor the innovation that's ingrained in this cool place! Grab a coffee or a drink and shop from 38 gluten-free pop-up vendors throughout the fascinating Stanley Marketplace.
