ORDERS PLACED FOR SHIPMENT
To ensure freshness, all baked goods are shipped from our fresh-frozen inventory. Orders are packed using bread baked the Friday prior to shipment. To help extend the shelf life of our breads, we use our special SO-FRESH bags. Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays.

ORDERS PLACED FOR PICKUP
FRESH-FROZEN
You can pick-up any of our fresh-frozen products at the bakery, from Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM.
FRESH-BAKED
Important: Please place your bread order at least 1 day in advance of your pickup date to ensure that it is included in our bread production.

1. Take a look at our baking schedule here . Please note that our bread production schedule changes weekly.
2. Choose your fresh-bake breads and proceed to check out.
3. Select your pickup date.
4. When your order is ready, we’ll send you a fulfilled notification so you can head over to the bakery.
