This recipe is based on a traditional Swedish “havrebullar” oat bun recipe and the right way to start your day. Nutrient dense and delicious, and oh so easy to bake yourself. You can mix all ingredients by hand within a few minutes (or use an electric mixer), add some raisins if desired, and you are all set. You don’t even have to knead the dough!
