Our Baked Goods

Our bread is delicious, nutritious, vegan, gluten and dairy-free. To some, it might come as a surprise that you can have bread that tastes like bread should and yet be gluten-free! You don’t have to toast our breads to enjoy them - but you can. They are delicious either way. You can freeze them and then reheat or toast them. We don’t use preservatives so we recommend storing in the refrigerator or freezer. Great for breakfast, with your soup, as a sandwich and to bring on that amazing hike. Big bonus: We use nutritious dense and clean ingredients that you can pronounce like buckwheat, oats, coconut, and different seeds. Our breads are so good we don’t hesitate to give them to our own kids!

We also offer bread mixes that allow you to easily bake Hävenly bread at the comfort of your home!

We bake in a dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free facility that processes tree nuts (coconut flour). Precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination.

These are our kids’ top favorites, which is why we call them Love Buns. Great for burgers! Hävenly Mini Power Muffins

Our Mini Power Muffins are the perfect snack to keep in freezer or refrigerator and grab as you go. High in protein, fibers and minerals. Also free of any plastic wrapping served in unbleached compostable forms. Ingredients: organic sunflower seed flour, organic coconut oil, free ranged and humanely raised certified eggs, organic coconut sugar, psyllium husk, pure vanilla extract, gluten- free baking powder, salt and Swedish soft “pepparkakor” spice mix. These bread scones are better than your ordinary scones because the Swedish way you can eat them either savory or sweet. And they are delicious and healthy packed with oats. Try them with some butter and cheese, or with jam. Our favorite is ginger orange marmalade. Which one is yours? We are happy to make these dairy free for you. We use nutritious, clean and wholesome ingredients. Oh, and they also happen to be gluten-free! Never refined sugar, artificial colors, flavors, trans fats, GMOs or preservatives. Read more about our awesome ingredients that are good and good for you.

  • Wheat? What? No, despite the misleading name it’s a type of a seed and not even remotely related to wheat. Buckwheat is gluten-free and has been providing essential nutrients, minerals, vitamins, energy, and fiber to humanity for approximately 8,000 years. Buckwheat also provides a high level of protein, second highest only to oats. Not only is buckwheat protein well-balanced and rich in lysine, its amino acid score is 100, which is one of the highest amino acid scores among plant sources as well. Bottom line: We love it, and it’s great for you!

  • Our coconut flour is ground up dried coconut meat. Simple as that. This low-carb, gluten-free baking alternative is perfect for our Keto/Paleo Buns. It provides a good source of fiber, protein and iron, which makes this healthy flour particularly satisfying.

  • Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth packed with important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. It’s also surprisingly high in protein. In Sweden we grow up eating oatmeal every day for breakfast, and due to their many health benefits the rest of the world is catching on. Oat is not just a health food, but it’s delicious.   • A loved child has many names and it’s also known as dura, kafir and jowar. Sorghum is an ancient cereal grain that originated in parts of Africa more than 5,000 years ago. It’s impressive when it comes to its nutrient content, adding a good dose of protein, iron, B vitamins and dietary fiber to our recipes. Sorghum flour is also surprisingly high in antioxidants like phenolic compounds and anthocyanin. Enjoy!

  • Did you know that one single almond requires 1.1 gallons of water to grow? We have found the perfect alternative; namely organic sunflower seeds that we ground into a flour! It’s high in protein, fiber, vitamin E, zink, magnesium, selenium as well as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids - types of 'good' fat that may help to protect the arteries.
