We are most grateful to our amazing customers who have supported us through the ups and downs and made us realize why we love to bake! We are also thankful to our wonderful and hardworking Hävenly crew. An extra thank you to our bakery manager, Matt, for going far and beyond to ensure the best bread possible (and for baking maybe the most amazing healthy raisin oat bread of all time!).  Last but not least, a shoutout to our family members who are there for us day in and day out to make this all possible.

We would also like to thank Calen and Katrina, who have worked at almost every Boulder Farmers Market. Always on time, always with a smile. You are true treasures. Please come to the Boulder Farmers Market this Saturday. It will be a beautiful sunny day!

We also welcome you to Leevers Locavore this Saturday from 1-4 pm to celebrate Leever's 5th birthday. Join us for an afternoon of food, music, clown for the kids, face painting, free hot dog bar and lots of food sampling. Oops, in the newsletter, sent earlier today; we accidentally wrote that this is the last farmers' market. It isn't! We have two left.

 When our daughter Naomi was about two years old, we sometimes would tell her, "ok, men det här är sista" (Ok, but this is the last). If it was something she really liked she would smile and say in Swedish "mera sista", which translates to "more last". So this is how I feel about the "last" farmers market! Let's have more of the last one . We welcome you this Saturday, November 16, and November 23!

We'd like to extend heartfelt gratitude to all our customers who show up rain or shine, to Calen, our farmers market guru, and to the entire BCFM staff for making it happen! We look forward to seeing you all this Saturday, 11/16, 10 am - 2 pm!

You can still order your Thanksgiving Stuffing Mix!
Gluten-free, vegan, delicious, and a snap to prepare! We have done it the old-fashioned way from scratch: baked the bread, cut it into croutons size pieces, roasted it, and added delicious spices and herbs. All you need to do is follow the easy recipe on the back of the package and add onion, celery, green apple, parsley, some white wine, and broth (each package serves 8). We ship the Stuffing Mixes. Please place your order by November 18 to allow for sufficient time to reach you before Thanksgiving.

Fur babies are also welcome to join in on the fun. Punch cards for kids' games can be purchased at the Denver Celiacs booth for $5 and include 10 games.

We offer a seasonal bake of our Love Boule and Love Raisin Boule this Friday. If you fast for Yom Kippur, this will be lovely way to break your fast (and have you tried dipping our Love Boules in honey? Yum!).  Pre-order your Love Boules and also your Love Raisin Boule Challah Style featuring organic raisins to add a little extra sweetness. Please place your order by 7 am Friday, October 11, for pick up on Friday between noon - 4 pm. If you'd like to come later, just let us know, and we'll send you the code.

The Jewish holidays are deeply connected with food. For Rosh Hashanah - The Jewish New Year - we bake sweet round Challah. Pre-order your Love Boules and also your Love Raisin Boule Challah Style featuring organic raisins to add a little extra sweetness. Please place your order by 7 am Tuesday, October 1, for pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. 

During this time of year, we dip our round sweet challah in honey. Another wonderful tradition - and a fabulously healthy snack - is to dip apples in honey. The apple represents both the earth and the year, and we hope that it will be sweet for all of us!
