When grocery store organic isn't enough, Waves of Grain (WoG) food cooperative is here for you. WoG provides access to local, fresh, nutrient-dense, pesticide-free food grown and handled by people we know and trust!

Ben and Red, the two current working owners of WoG, set out to make buying food from local farms easier. Ben grew up on an organic farm in Maine and once he moved to Colorado his dedication to providing families with easy access to local and sustainably farmed food fueled him to start WoG. Red, who has a Master's in sustainable food systems, supports farms with soil restoration and sustainable system designs.  Demand was strong, but securing enough supply was difficult. The coop realized that to increase access it also needed to increase production. This year, the coop is working with more and larger farms, as well as helping new farms to get started including the regenerative Mountain Praire Farm. They also offer locally produced products like Hävenly Baked Goods for weekly pick-up in Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, and Loveland! And as of this season, you can visit their farm stand every Thursday at East Simpson Coffee (see more below).

Place your order today for Western Slope Organic Peaches from Topp Fruits in Peonia. WoG expects to have peaches for the next 3 weeks, depending on availability from the orchard. Don't forget to try Mountain Prairie Salad Kit: The featured salad of the week is a pico de gallo salsa kit to assemble at home. WoG includes everything but the lime: regeneratively farmed tomatoes, poblano pepper, onion, and cilantro. Delish! 

Community Hang Out Night! 
WoG Farmers Stand every Thursday at East Simpson Coffee in Lafayette

Meet WoG every Thursday evening from 5-8 pm at the Community Hang Out Night at East Simpson Coffee. Great to bring friends and family, and its a kid friendly event on East Simpson's pateo with live music, food, drinks, and lots of fun. Now you can also buy your organic produce and some of your favorite Hävenly products from WoG at their farmer's stand!
